Delivery

KiwiDrive is a web app, so there is nothing to post or download and no delivery charge. After paying you are taken to a page showing the email address we sent your sign-in to. Open the link, or type the 6-digit code on the sign-in page, and you're in.

Each pack gives you its number of full practice tests (10 or 20, 35 questions each, timed like the real test). They don't expire. You can sign in again at any time from the sign-in page with the same email address, and request a fresh code whenever you need one.

It is a one-off purchase: there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. If you change your mind, see our refund policy.

If something goes wrong

• No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder, then go to the sign-in page and request a new code with the email you paid with.
• Typed the wrong email at checkout? Email us from an address you can read and we'll move your tests to it.
• Paid but the welcome page says we'll be in touch? Your payment didn't match one of our packs (for example through an out-of-date link). We'll contact you to add your tests or refund you; your payment is safe, so please don't pay again.
